Hello!
As my name suggests, I am addicted to Chinese dramas. It all started when one of my Chinese ESL students old me about The Untamed. Since then, I’ve watched countless shows either on my own or in watch parties.
In the fall of 2022, I decided to take it to the next level and become a volunteer general editor and translation editor, thanks to some nudges from some regulars in my watch party groups on Discord. So far my teams are amazing! I’ve learned a lot in the process.
In 2023, I trained as a Simplified and Traditional Chinese Captioner. After working on a few projects, I became a Chinese Moderator. I’ve enjoyed being on a captioning team and leading captioning teams to complete various projects.
I also graduated from Viki’s Ninja Segmenting Academy in 2023. So far this experience has been amazing, too.
