We are still working on our experiment as described in How to Grow a Pineapple.
I thought we ruined the experiment because I was out of town when the first snow storm hit my area and the pineapple plant was still outside. As you can see from the big leaves, they look dead. I kept thinking, it has to be alive. It must be!
So, I didn’t discard it. I kept nurturing it.
Today, my son, Isaac (8 years old), helped me realize that it was still alive. I look forward to finding out what other surprises we’ll have in our experiment!
