To set the stage, Caleb was 17 in January and his birthday is today, August 20. He was a Star Scout for years and got his Life rank in the nick of time. How he got his Eagle project approved and turned in on time was basically the scout version of a hail Mary.
For the last 4 years, we’ve worked toward this goal, beginning when he joined Boy Scouts. All that is left is to turn it in, have a board of review, and an Eagle Court of Honor.
